I am not sure what expounded stuff would be. ( Bear suits? ) Or perhaps those were vehicles full of life-size wax Herzog figures, or a great cargo of Herzog DVDs. Perhaps Herzog has expanded his business interests into rail freight ( is rail frieght valid terminology? The partner might know, but he does not even read this thing much ), because rail frieght is nicely complementary with filmmaking.
