| Prince Kael'Thas Sunstrider and his Blood Elves were patiently waiting for the leave of Naru that had arrived in Tempest Keep recently. Kael'Thas has no interest in what would Naru do in this broken world, what attracted him to come was the Tempest Keep itself. Followed by the order of Kael'Thas, the Elves swept this mobile fortress, and rapidly destroyed its auto-defense system. Besides, they even captured the surrounding buildings of the fortress.
But the only threat the Elves faced was the Naru who hid in the internal fortress to maintain the defense line. Later, it took Kael'Thas some time to successfully capture Naru, the pure energy creatures. And then he sent them to WOW Quel 'Thalas, providing energy for those magic-addicted Blood Elves.
But the Grand Mage Astalor Bloodsworn in Silvermoon City did not agree with this approach. After a few months of research and testing, he and some other Mages successfully master the technologies of manipulating and even corroding the bright energy of Naru. In the end, they controlled and even transferred the energy of Holy Light; they appropriated it. Later, some Blood Elves used this energy and called Blood Paladin. These rebellious Blood Paladins had the same holy power as the heroes of Alliance in WOW.
These Blood Paladins thought that Holy Light abandoned them when they needed help, so they considered the behavior of appropriating the power of Naru was just. Although Thrall and Cairne Bloodhoof openly opposed it, they also recognized the strategic value of the Blood Paladin. In fact, it was the major reason for the organization being accepted by Tribe in WOW.
Thus, Blood Paladin soon produced confidence on the power they borrowed. However, the result of manipulating such powerful force to against it is very frightening. As the consequence, it will be revealed in the Burning Crusade in WOW.
